Kendal United surged into the next round of the Richardson Cup after pulling off one of the biggest results of the season so far, defeating Milnthorpe Corinthians 7-0. Although while two divisions separated both teams, Kendal United were confident going into the game and had plenty of belief in their own ability. The West Lancashire League Division Two promotion chasers displayed a good level of football watched on by a strong support at Castle Drive.
